Greg Stilianou is the author of “Land Titling Law and Practice in NSW”, a text book which features on many university text book lists, including the Property Law specialist accreditation program with the Law Society of NSW. Since 2016, Greg has been the author of the “Land Titles Office Practice” a legal commentary subscription service.

Torrens Assurance Fund Claims
If you have received what you consider to be an unnecessary requisition or incorrect decision from NSW Land Registry Services, consider an internal review and/or appeal of the decision. We can also advise you of any potential claims under the Torrens Assurance Fund. A person can suffer loss and damage as a result of an error, correction or fraud in the land register. Persons who suffer financial loss may have a compensable loss recoverable from the Torrens Assurance Fund.
